Quick answers

How do credits work?+

Every generation costs credits — around 20 for an image, more for video. When you run out you can top up anytime, and subscription credits refresh each month.

How do I cancel my subscription?+

Open the studio → Buy credits → Manage subscription, and cancel from there. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

My generation failed — was I charged?+

No. If a generation fails for a technical reason, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.

Can I use what I make commercially?+

Yes. Every paid generation comes with a commercial licence — use it for social, client work, print and broadcast.

I didn't get my verification email.+

Check your spam folder. Some providers (especially Hotmail/Outlook) can be slow — the quickest fix is to sign in with Google instead.

Connect Kly-O to your AI assistant (MCP)

MCP lets you use Kly-O's tools — generating images, voice-overs and music — straight from inside an AI assistant like Claude or Cursor, without opening the studio. You ask your assistant, and it makes the Kly-O generation for you.

How to connect

  1. 1In Kly-O, open Studio → MCP and click “Generate connection key”. Copy the key — it’s shown only once.
  2. 2On the same page, copy the server config block.
  3. 3Paste it into your assistant’s MCP settings (Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf, Raycast…) and restart it. Kly-O’s tools then appear in your assistant.

Every generation your assistant makes uses your Kly-O credits, exactly like using the studio. Keep your connection key private — anyone who has it can spend your credits. You can revoke or regenerate it anytime on the MCP page.
